Behind the solutions is a large team of expert professionals who monitor research literature, update existing content, and develop new material. All of our editors have practical experience  as nurses with advanced master's-level education. 

Since the systematic use of research and professional literature is central to VAR, we have our own research librarian who ensures the quality of this work. 

The content in VAR is evidence-based. In addition to aligning with international research and experiental knowledge, the content adheres to the laws and guidelines of each country. We work closely with local experts and specialists to ensure clinical relevance in each country and systematically gather clinical expertise across borders.
